Information you provide us is used to process your order. We do not sell, trade, or rent any information that is gathered by this site. All information is kept confidential. Other than for payment processing, we do not give any of your personal information to third parties, including Segway Inc, or Segway Inc affiliates.

Payment Processing Methods

We use the Authorize.net payment gateway, we use Paypal, and we accept all major credit cards (Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard). These are some of the most secure and widely used payment methods available. Further, we always make the greatest possible effort to offer the most secure electronic payment transaction options. Return Policy and Guarantees

Glide4less has the best return policy in the business!

We specialize in Segway products and Segway related products. Our products are therefore the highest quality available. We accept back any item that is undamaged, clean, and in the original packaging for 60 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Warranty

Many of our products have Segway Inc's warranty as well as our own guarantees. We service everything at our Oakland shop near our distribution warehouse. We can have anything fixed for you. You can send repairs to us at 212 International Blvd Oakland CA 94606.

If you decide to use a Segway, you do so at your own risk. A Segway is not intended to cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease. The Segway is not FDA approved. The Segway is a consumer product. The Segway is not a medical device. Consult your physician prior to using a Segway for therapeutic purposes.

General Release of Liability

In consideration of Slide4less LLC (DBA Segway of Oakland and Glide4less) allowing renter to participate in any Segway Personal Transporter related activities, it is agreed on behalf of participant and for his/her heirs, assigns, and representatives,(hereinafter collectively"Participant'') that:

Assumption Of Risk-Segway PT Activities:
Participant is aware that participation in riding, using, transporting, or otherwise coming in contact with a Segway PT generally and particularly INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR DEATH that no amount of care, caution, instruction or expertise can eliminate. Such dangers include, but are not limited to falls, loss of control, and collisions with car or people or with natural and man-made objects of any kind. Such risks and dangers are recognized and accepted. PARTICIPANT FREELY ASSUMES ANY AND ALL SUCH RISKS, INCLUDING THE RISK OF ANY ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE of Slide4less LLC, its owners, or employees.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK- Conditions

In addition to the above risks, participant understands and accepts that SURFACE CONDITIONS on the roads, parking lots, walkways, stairs and any other area may become DANGEROUS. PARTICIPANT FREELY ASSUMES ANY AND ALL SUCH RISKS.

Release From Liability And Covenant Not To Sue

In consideration for being permitted to participate in Segway PT related ACTIVITIES. PARTICIPANT AGREES TO FOREVER DISCHARGE AND RELEASE FROM AN LEGAL LIABILITY AND TO NOT SUE Slide4less LLC or its owners for any injuries or property damage caused by or resulting from any Segway PT riding activities. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCIDENTS ARISING OUT OF Slide4less LLC's ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE.

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Participant agrees for himself/herself and his/her heirs , assignees and representatives to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Slide4less LLC, its owners, and employees from any and all losses, claims, actions, causes of action, or proceedings of any kind which may be initiated by Participant or by any other person or organization on participant's behalf, including demands for damages, judgments, costs, loss of services, or expenses, arising from the activities contemplated by this agreement, including but not limited to attorney fees incurred by Slide4less LLC or its owners.

SEGWAY PT RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Participant is responsible for any use by other people. Participant under this agreement is responsible for any damage to the Segway PT. Slide4less LLC is not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur during the rental. Renter assumes all risks inherent in the operation of a Segway PT

Basic Additional Charges and Renter Financial Obligations include but are not limited to:$ 40 for each kickstand broken; $ 25 per key lost i-button key and $209 per infokey; $75 per unit returned excessively dirty;$ 70 per lost lock; $70 additional rental charges for each additional 24 hour period or portion thereof beyond the rental return date; $85 per hour labor costs plus parts for any damages to the Segway PT.

PARTICIPANT IS AWARE THAT THIS CONTRACT IS LEGALLY BINDING AND THAT HE/SHE IS RELEASING LEGAL RIGHTS FOR HIMSELF/HERSELF AND HIS/HER HEIRS BY SIGNING IT. PARTICIPANT FURTHER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO BE AS BROAD AND INCLUSIVE AS IS PERMITTED BY LAW AND THAT IF ANY PORTION OR PARAGRAPH IS HELD INVALID, THE BALANCE SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL LEGAL FORCE AND EFFECT.
