We specialize in Segway products and Segway related products. Our products are therefore the highest quality available. We accept back any item that is undamaged, clean, and in the original packaging for 60 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging. General Release of Liability
In consideration of Slide4less LLC (DBA Segway of Oakland and Glide4less) allowing renter to participate in any Segway Personal Transporter related activities, it is agreed on behalf of participant and for his/her heirs, assigns, and representatives,(hereinafter collectively"Participant'') that:
Participant is aware that participation in riding, using, transporting, or otherwise coming in contact with a Segway PT generally and particularly INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY OR DEATH that no amount of care, caution, instruction or expertise can eliminate. Such dangers include, but are not limited to falls, loss of control, and collisions with car or people or with natural and man-made objects of any kind. Such risks and dangers are recognized and accepted. PARTICIPANT FREELY ASSUMES ANY AND ALL SUCH RISKS, INCLUDING THE RISK OF ANY ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE of Slide4less LLC, its owners, or employees.
Release From Liability And Covenant Not To Sue
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Basic Additional Charges and Renter Financial Obligations include but are not limited to:$ 40 for each kickstand broken; $ 25 per key lost i-button key and $209 per infokey; $75 per unit returned excessively dirty;$ 70 per lost lock; $70 additional rental charges for each additional 24 hour period or portion thereof beyond the rental return date; $85 per hour labor costs plus parts for any damages to the Segway PT.
