Segway i2 1 Week Rental San Francisco Bay Area

This rental is for a Segway i2 with pick-up in Oakland, California or with delivery anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. 7 days with unlimited mileage. Everything you need to ride is included.

We have every model available  and rentals are available any day. See our other rental options for alternatives. We have one of the largest rental fleets in the country.

Pick-up the unit in Oakland CA at 212 International Blvd Oakland CA 94606. You can use your rental any day you want, and you can lock in a particular reservation date if desired.


Segway PT i2:

The Segway PT is tons of fun. Some say that the Segway has almost the same movement as skiing, but it's a lot easier. And, it follows your motion. There is no accelerator or brakes. It goes when you go. Lean forward, it goes forward. Lean back and it goes backwards.

The i2 is the newest model of Segway and it has the narrower tires that most people prefer for general riding on paved surfaces. It has a smaller footprint vs the wide-tired x2 and it is easier on sidewalks and in crowds or indoors. The i2 also has greater range vs the x2. With an i2 you can get 24 miles on a charge, while an x2 only gets about 15 miles.


Take it with You:

We are the only Bay Area Segway Rental that offers daily, weekly, and even monthly rental rates. Take a couple of Segways on your next vacation or for some weekend fun. You're still a pedestrian by most State Laws, so you can ride them in a lot of different locales.

Renting Segways is a ton of fun, and now we also offer a 60% rental credit toward purchase.


Segway Lessons:

We require a lesson for this rental, but if you have already done a tour at another Segway location, you can rent Segways from us with no lesson requirement. If you need a lesson, you can opt to add a lesson at check-out.


Refunds, Reservations, and Gift Certificates:

We offer a Money Back Guarantee refund policy. You do not have to pay for your rental if you can't use the rental. With our no questions asked refund policy, you can get a 100% refund for your rental if you decide you can not use it.

You also have the option to lock in your reservation on any day you want.  Once you lock in a reservation, you can still cancel and change your reservation as long as you make the cancellation request at least 72 hours in advance.

You can also opt to receive this rental as a Gift Certificate which can be given to any third party. Once a gift certificate is issued, you can not get a refund.



Terms and Conditions:

You are liable for any rental Segway and you are also responsible for for insuring that the Segway is used properly and safely, and is returned to us clean and in good condition. We do not provide insurance with rentals, only lessons. Check with your current insurers to see if you are covered for use of rental vehicles. Some homeowners policies may provide coverage for rentals. A security deposit or credit check may be required.

You can even credit the rental to the purchase of a new or used Segway. Part of your rental costs can be applied toward purchase of a new or used unit.
